About Patryk Swietek
Patryk Swietek is a Los Angeles-based short-term rental entrepreneur, investor and educator, and the co-owner of The Cohost Company, a co-hosting and vacation rental management company that manages 140+ listings in the Joshua Tree area of California. He has been building tech companies since he was 14 and got into real estate at 24. After working in product at AvantStay, he and business partner Josh Rudin went from 0 to 100+ homes in Joshua Tree in under a year, growing organically and by acquiring STR management companies.
His company and homes have been featured on Netflix and in the Wall Street Journal, the LA Times, the New York Times and Dwell. Patryk hosts The STR Growth Show, a podcast for operators who want to scale, is the author of the Amazon best-seller The Wealthy Airbnb Superhost, and speaks at industry events in the US and abroad, including the Short Stay Summit in London, VRMA International, IMN and the STR Wealth Conference.
